Guestroom Renovation Plans

We are excited to announce that renovations to our guestrooms began on October 20, 2025, with anticipated completion in April 2026. This transformation marks the beginning of a full property refresh designed to enhance the comfort, style, and experience of your stay.

At the Royal Canadian Lodge, guest comfort remains our highest priority. Renovation work has been carefully planned in stages to minimize disruption, with the hotel remaining open and welcoming throughout.

Our Guest Services team will continue to provide the same warm hospitality you expect, assisting with quiet room requests or any special accommodations needed during your stay.

Renovation Timeline

Work commenced on October 20, 2025.
Scope includes: fully updated guestrooms with new finishes, furnishings, refreshed bathrooms, enhanced lighting, and upgraded in-room amenities.
Rooms will be returned to service as they are completed.
Construction will take place during daytime hours only, with efforts to minimize noise and disruption.

What to Expect During Your Stay

Noise & Work Hours: Some intermittent construction noise may be noticeable between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Access & Circulation: Clear signage will guide guests around any affected areas.
Dining & Services: Evergreen Restaurant and meeting facilities will remain open. Any temporary changes to hours or locations will be communicated in advance.
Guest Support: Our team is available 24/7 to ensure your comfort and respond promptly to any concerns.
