The Royal Canadian Lodge has the perfect space to suit all your needs. From small business meetings for ten guests to larger corporate events, cocktail receptions and intimate weddings for up to 80 guests. We can assist you to organize the perfect space and ensure your event is a success.

Our Function Spaces

We are pleased to offer our guests three fully equipped function rooms, the Palliser Salon, Fairholme Room and the Royal Canadian Room. All our event and meeting spaces offer our standard meeting and event amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi. The Fairholme Room and Palliser Salon, located on the Lobby Level, are interconnecting spaces which allow them to be used together to accommodate larger events.

Corporate Group Rates

Corporate group rates are available with minimum 5 guest rooms per night, with all inclusive meeting packages available for groups of 10 – 70 people (October – May). “The grand entrance makes for beautiful start to your romantic getaway! The rooms have a very cozy royal vibe with an extremely comfortable bed. You don’t have to leave to find the perfect place for a date, the Evergreen lounge overlooks outside and has a very polished look making it inviting, easy to start up conversation and the service at dinner is exceptional. The staff are knowledgeable and kind. Banff was beautiful but the best part of our day was retreating to the steam room & mineral pool”

“This hotel is in a great location. It is about a 10 minute walk into the shopping area in Banff. There are sidewalks all the way. We had a lovely corner room - the hotel was a very quiet place to stay. The staff at every level were polite and accommodating. There is underground parking. Lots of good places to eat within walking distance. Definitely on my list of great places to stay in Banff!”

“This is our fifth stay in this hotel over the last several years. We always enjoy our stay here. It’s nice and quiet and comfortable. We had a king size room with fireplace and it was great. One thing that we really enjoy about this hotel is there swimming pool hot tub and steam room. It is absolutely beautiful in their pool area. It’s one of the best ones we’ve been too. The food in the restaurant is also very good. We definitely will be back again next year. ”
